Shipping Policy
All orders are subject to verification and acceptance before shipping.
Most purchases are shipped from our warehouse within 48 hours of receiving your order. Fed Ex Ground will then deliver your package within 7 to 10 business days. Orders on the West Coast that are shipped via Standard FedEx Ground can expect delivery within 2 to 4 days. In a hurry? You can choose to have your package shipped via FedEx Express (2 to 3 business days) for an additional $10 or FedEx Overnight (1 to 2 business days) for an additional $20. We also offer shipping via the U.S. Postal Service.
Out-Of-Stock Items
We strive to have all of our products in stock and ready to ship. However, unforeseen circumstances may create a temporary shortage of certain items. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. If your item is out-of-stock, we will contact you to discuss how you would like the order handled. Kim Erickson’s Everyday Organics does not back order.
Returns
It is Kim Erickson’s Everyday Organics’ intention to fully satisfy our customers. For this reason, we will gladly issue a store credit or exchange for any unopened product returned with the original receipt. To return an item, please contact Customer Service at (702) 219-8103 between the hours of 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM Pacific Standard Time, Monday through Friday. Because your opinion is important to us, please tell us the reason for your return or exchange.
Please allow two to four weeks from the day you return your package for your request to be processed.
Payment Policy
Kim Erickson Everyday Organics accepts most major credit cards and debit cards bearing either a Visa or MasterCard logo.
We also accept checks, however shipping will be delayed until funds are verified. Checks must be preprinted with an imprint of the check’s issuing band along with your name and physical address. A charge of $25 will be assessed on all returned checks.
Sales tax will be charged for total merchandise orders delivered within the State of Nevada.
Gift Cards
Gift certificates are available in $20, $50, $100 and $200 denominations. These may be ordered online or on the phone at (702) 219- 8103. Regular shipping charges and taxes apply when purchasing gift certificates.
Gift certificates are not transferable. Discounts do not apply to gift certificates.
Elegantly packaged gift certificates are delivered to the recipient by FedEx Letter for an additional $8.00. Regular shipping charges and applicable taxes apply when gift certificates are redeemed. |
